Returns

Yarn purchased on ShopKnitPicky.com may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Wound yarn may not be returned. We do not accept returns on books, patterns or needles. Please be sure to enclose your receipt and insure the package. Knit Picky is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact us via email for a return authorization number prior to shipping: info@knitpickyyarns.com.

Shipping

Please be advised that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the continental US and are expected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Knit Picky has no control over taxes and duties assessed by customs or the carrier.

Our shipping cutoff for express orders is noon Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day if merchandise is in stock.

Your credit card is billed at the time that we ship your order. Out-of-stock items are not billed to your credit card until we get the item in stock and deliver it to shipping. 

In-stock items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment reciept.  Occasionally items are special order, and may take longer to ship.  If this is the case we will contact you.

Prices and Sales Tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. North Carolina residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 6.75% on all products.
 

Colors

We make every effort to photograph and present yarn colors accurately. Yarn is dyed in lots and computer monitors render color differently, for these reasons, variations may occur.
